Path & Petal is an online parent-education and organizational resource platform for adult parents, caregivers, and educators. It offers developmental information, parent guides, printable PDFs, activities, digital workbooks, and educational videos or events as they become available. Visitors must be at least 18 to open purchaser accounts or make purchases.

Free resources and paid products
Some resources can be accessed without payment. All-Access memberships
Path & Petal has configured one All-Access tier with monthly and annual billing options. Membership benefits are limited to content currently available and described at enrollment. The subscription options, renewals, cancellation process, and timing of access are governed by our Membership & Billing Terms. Paid subscription enrollment from this custom website remains gated until the recurring checkout and library access controls have been verified. Merely creating an account does not start a paid subscription.
Account responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate registration information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not misuse another person's account, circumvent paid-access controls, redistribute members-only materials, interfere with the site, upload malware, impersonate others, or submit unlawful or abusive content. We may investigate violations or restrict access where legally appropriate, without overriding applicable consumer protections.
Ownership and educational use license
Unless a product explicitly grants broader rights, Path & Petal retains ownership of its original written materials, graphics, workbook designs and brand elements, subject to the rights of any third-party licensors. A paid digital product provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal/household use and one educator’s direct instructional preparation or work with their own learners as permitted by the product. It does not authorize resale, republishing, paid redistribution, sharing through public drives, or claiming the materials as your own. Printing for your own permitted use is allowed where the product license permits it.
Contact, child information and third-party resources
Please do not submit children’s medical records, private diagnoses, photos, full names, or identifiable school records through general forms or public comments. Research sources and external websites linked on Path & Petal are supplied for context, not as endorsements. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Updates, availability and limitations
We may update resources, correct errors, change available site features, or temporarily interrupt services for maintenance. We will honor any obligations for already purchased materials and provide remedies required by law if promised digital content is not delivered. Legal rights and changes to these terms
