Path & Petal is a digital parent-education website offering developmental guidance, free materials, individually purchased downloadable resources, and planned All-Access membership content. This policy applies to visitors, adult account holders, buyers, newsletter subscribers, and people who contact us. Our materials are intended for adults and caregivers, not for children to register directly.
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process your name, email address, messages, account identifiers, transaction and subscription status, order details, newsletter preferences, and event registration information. Wix and related website technology may also process browser information, IP address, approximate location, essential cookies, security logs, page views, and usage data. Payment information is processed by the checkout/payment providers used at purchase; we do not ask you to enter full card numbers in our general contact forms.

We use a Path & Petal business email service to respond to messages, and may use payment, event, or communication providers to provide the requested service. Those providers receive information necessary for their tasks under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Payment processors, rather than a public Path & Petal page, handle card-entry and payment authorization.
Newsletter choices and email
Our optional Parent Notes signup asks for your email address and permission to receive Path & Petal educational updates and announcements. Signing up for a free guide is not a condition for agreeing to marketing emails. You may withdraw newsletter consent using the unsubscribe mechanism in marketing emails or contact us at info@pathandpetal.net. Transactional communications, such as order or account-related notices, are separate from promotional emails.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Hosting and security features may use cookies or similar technologies. Wix Analytics is used to measure visits and page views.
